You, the signed-in adult, requested a login for a child in your household. We have not obtained your contact details from the child. The login remains inactive until you return this completed signed form and the pilot organizer reviews it. Your child does not need a personal email address. If you do not consent, do not enable the login; you can continue managing the family calendar yourself.
The child can view the private family calendar, event details, arrival and departure information, and who is handling activities. View-only access cannot add, change, cancel, remove, suggest or check off plans. It does not grant parent settings or access-management controls. Voice input is not offered in this view. Parents choose what family information they enter; avoid unnecessary sensitive details.
You provide the child's profile name, age group, family association, generated login, and password. The service handles authentication/session identifiers, device/browser and network information needed to serve pages securely, and requests for family-calendar information. Netlify provides hosting, authentication, storage and server functions, and processes the information needed for those services. Information is used to authenticate access, display the correct private calendar, protect accounts, and diagnose service problems. Service-provider processing necessary to operate the calendar is integral to this access.
We do not use this consent to sell children's data, target advertising, enable public posting, or train a separate advertising profile. Optional adult uploads, AI extraction, forwarded emails, maps and weather are described in the pilot agreement; this child consent does not turn those adult features on.
You may decline child access, request a copy or review of the child's information, ask for correction or deletion, and refuse further collection. Use Family access → Under-13 parental consent → Withdraw consent and disable access to stop the login, or contact the business privacy contact above. We may verify your authority before supplying or deleting information. Requests are handled manually during the pilot. Child account deletion is different from deleting shared schedules that other authorized family members supplied or still need.
Account and access information is used for the active child login and necessary security. We do not retain children's personal information indefinitely for possible future uses. On closure or a verified deletion request, we review and remove information no longer necessary for the disclosed purposes, explain any applicable legal or security retention exceptions, and confirm the outcome. Provider-managed backups may expire separately. The signed form and consent record are linked to the parent account, verified email, child profile, notice version and notice text, submission time, review decision and reviewer. Signed consent and review records are restricted to authorized administrators and retained only as needed to document and administer permission and meet applicable legal duties. Material changes to child information practices require a new notice and any required renewed consent before they apply.

The pilot organizer checks that the form is complete and matches the parent account and child profile; unclear forms are returned for correction. A typed checkbox alone does not activate the account.
