This agreement is between Send Aviation Group LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (Provider, we, or us), and the adult whose account accepts it (you). Hot Mess Hangar™ is a commercial software product being tested before a planned paid launch. Disruptive Rebel is an assumed business name of Send Aviation Group LLC; it is not the contracting entity.
For pilot support, privacy requests, or written permission, contact the pilot organizer who invited you. You may also write to Send Aviation Group LLC, Attn: Hot Mess Hangar, 20731 Holyoke Ave, #909, Lakeville, MN 55044-9825, USA.
This pilot is open only to U.S. residents age 18 or older unless otherwise agreed in writing. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. This eligibility requirement applies to the adult accepting the agreement; approved child access is governed by the separate parental-consent process and child permissions. During the pilot, we give you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to use the features made available to you for your invited household or authorized crew. Crew access may include care coordination, volunteering, or open shifts. It does not include payroll or employment administration.
Use official invitations to add authorized people. Do not publish private invitation links, share passwords, sell access, or bypass access controls. Keep your account secure and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. Each adult accepts individually. You receive no ownership, partnership, equity, or right to future revenue.
Participation is voluntary. Accepting this agreement does not authorize charges, begin a paid subscription, or promise free access forever. We will present any future paid offer separately.
Confidential Information is nonpublic pilot information we disclose that is identified as confidential or that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential from its nature and the circumstances. Examples include unreleased product plans, private demonstrations, source code, security details, technical documentation, and nonpublic business plans.
Confidential Information excludes information that becomes public without a breach; you already lawfully knew without a duty of confidence; you lawfully receive from someone entitled to disclose it; or you independently develop without using it. General ideas and publicly available features are not confidential merely because they relate to the Product. These agreement terms are not confidential.
Use Confidential Information only to participate in the pilot, protect it with reasonable care, and disclose it only with our written permission or as allowed below. Do not publicly share confidential screenshots, recordings, demonstrations, or documentation without permission. Do not use Confidential Information to build or help build a competing product.
You may provide honest reviews and feedback, consult legal or professional advisers who owe duties of confidentiality, report suspected unlawful conduct, and exercise legally protected rights. If disclosure is legally required, disclose only what is required and give us advance notice when lawful and reasonably possible. No permission or notice is required for a legally protected report to a government agency.
These duties apply during participation and for two years after it ends. For trade secrets, they continue only while the information remains protected as a trade secret under applicable law. These duties do not restrict lawful independent development or honest criticism. If you breach these confidentiality obligations, we may suspend or terminate participation and seek remedies available under applicable law, including injunctive relief and recovery of proven damages. Relief is subject to applicable legal requirements and is not automatic.
We and our licensors retain rights in the Product, software, branding, and proprietary materials. Except as permitted by applicable law or an applicable third-party license, do not copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, remove ownership notices, or access another household’s data.
You retain ownership of your schedules, messages, photos, uploads, and other content. You permit us and our service providers to process it as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and provide the features you request. Share only information you are authorized to provide.
Feedback is optional. You permit us to use your suggestions to improve products without payment or attribution. This does not transfer ownership of your family content or authorize public disclosure of personal information in your feedback.
The pilot is experimental. Features may change, contain errors, or be interrupted or discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, it is offered “as is” and “as available,” without promises of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose.
Review imported events, AI suggestions, changes, weather, reminders, and travel estimates. Confirm important details with the organizer and keep backup copies of critical plans. A reminder or estimated departure is not a guarantee of notification delivery or arrival time. The Product is not an emergency or medical service and is not a substitute for professional care or advice.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability under this agreement is limited to $100 or the total amount you paid us for access under this agreement, whichever is greater. This limitation does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Mandatory consumer rights remain protected. This agreement does not require you to indemnify us. This agreement does not guarantee that confidentiality or intellectual-property rights prevent every unauthorized use.
We process account and invitation details; names, household profiles, and roles you supply; calendar entries and subscription links; uploaded files and forwarded messages; proposed changes; saved places and timing preferences; crew requests and commitments; optional push-subscription information; and operational records used to provide and protect the service. We also record acceptance as described in Section 10.
Hosting, authentication, storage, and server functions use Netlify. Forwarded-email features use Resend. Requested AI schedule extraction uses Google Gemini through the configured service gateway. When you ask the app to read a schedule, relevant text, images, or document contents may be sent for that processing. Optional weather and address or route requests send the relevant location information to Google services. Connected-calendar and inbox features request information from the providers you connect. Browser voice input, notifications, and externally opened map links may also be processed by the browser, device, or external provider under its terms.
We use these data to deliver requested features, manage access, provide support, diagnose problems, and protect the service. This agreement does not permit selling family data, unrelated targeted advertising, or public disclosure of household content. Service providers may process technical information under their own applicable terms; this agreement does not promise that their systems have the same retention settings or guarantees as ours.
Access depends on the household or crew permissions you grant. Crew requests and their notes are visible to invited crew members. A crew invitation does not itself grant access to the household calendar. Screenshots, exports, messages, and links you choose to share can leave the app. Avoid unnecessary medical details, identification documents, financial information, or other sensitive content.
You may edit or remove information using the controls available, disconnect optional services, and disable device notifications. Contact the pilot organizer or use the postal contact in Section 1 to request access, correction, an available copy of your data, or account and data deletion. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. These requests are handled manually during the pilot; there is no promise of a self-service export or automatic account deletion. Removing or hiding an event is not the same as deleting every retained copy.
We retain information as needed to operate the pilot and your requested features. After a verified deletion or withdrawal request, we will remove or de-identify information no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal duties, security, dispute resolution, other participants’ legitimate records, and provider-managed backups. We promptly process verified deletion requests and confirm completion in writing within a reasonable period, subject to applicable legal deadlines and legal and record-keeping obligations. We will explain material retention exceptions and any material delay when responding. Acceptance records and the agreed text may be retained as needed to document the agreement. No fixed automatic deletion schedule is promised by this version.
Adult-managed profiles may contain information about children. This agreement is accepted by adults and is not verifiable parental consent for direct use by a child. Before allowing child use for which additional consent or notices are legally required, Provider must supply those notices and obtain the required consent through a separate process. An adult’s checkbox does not replace those requirements. Under-13 logins remain inactive until the required signed parental consent has been reviewed and approved. Younger children receive view-only access. A parent may select view-only or Teen planner access for ages 13–17. Teen planners may add their own plans; changes, cancellations, and removals of existing plans require parent handling or approval. Parents may disable access and request withdrawal of consent and deletion. The separate parental notice explains child-specific information practices; this agreement does not certify regulatory compliance.
You may stop using the pilot and request withdrawal at any time. We may suspend or end access for a breach, security concerns, or changes to the pilot. On request, stop using and delete our Confidential Information, except copies legally required to be retained. You do not have to delete your own content. Sections intended to continue, including confidentiality for its stated duration, ownership, and preserved legal rights, survive termination.
Material agreement changes will be presented for renewed acceptance before they govern continued participation. We retain the version you accepted. Minnesota law governs, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live. This agreement contains no mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver, or restriction on access to small-claims court. Contact us to try to resolve a concern; doing so is not a condition of exercising legal rights.
If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective to the extent permitted by law. This agreement, including its privacy sections, is the complete agreement concerning pilot participation and confidentiality. Separately accepted service or provider terms continue to apply to those services.
Before continuing, you can read, print, or save this agreement. By checking the box and selecting “Agree & continue,” you confirm that you are at least 18, have had the opportunity to review it, and agree to it electronically. If you do not agree, leave the box unchecked and do not continue into the pilot.
Checkbox: I have read and agree to the Hot Mess Hangar™ Pilot Participation & Confidentiality Agreement.
The acceptance record identifies your signed-in account and verified email, the agreement version and text hash, the system-recorded acceptance date and time, and the accepted text. Each adult accepts separately. An unchanged copy of the accepted version will remain available for reference. This acknowledgment is not a subscription purchase or a separate consent for children’s data.
