Return & Refund Policy

At Hot Mess Hangar, all of our products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or due to buyer’s remorse.

However, we stand behind the quality of our products.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@hotmesshangar.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

Please note:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• We do not require returns for damaged or defective items
• We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
